How do you tighten your belly/ loose some of it after having a baby my bubs is almost 3 months old and I’m so insecure after my first I didn’t have this issue but I’m struggling so much with it and how I look any advice or tips?

My best advice is just to stay active. We are busy being moms but there’s only so much area to move in our homes. Remember, 3 months is literally nothing. You will see a change in your shape by about 6-8 and probably more weight loss from 8-12 months postpartum. I’m 5m postpartum with my THIRD, two being c sections. Even at my skinniest I had a little pouch but I’m starting to see my shape become more flattering now and a few pounds coming off. Also if you’re on birth control this can put a damper on the weight loss journey but do what’s best for your family, definitely not saying get off it, just saying keep it in mind!
