Rent with bad credit
My boyfriend and I don't live together and want to before baby arrives. (I'm four months pregnant). We both have horrible credit but consistent work and rental history, and bosses willing to write us rec letters. What are our options to find a place when everyone wants 650+ credit? Also, my boyfriend works in St Augustine and wants to live there specifically if possible.

I find they care more about 3 or more times the rent over credit
@Angel that’s how it is for most places besides them. With them they take both of your incomes and you will have a set amount of rent you would qualify for then you’d choose one of their properties that is the amount they gave you or lower. We qualified for a rent $1624 but we choose a property that was $1299. Another property management you can check out is WRH realty. You have to make 2.5x the rent but the wait list is long
