Anxiety flare up

Hi all, i’ve been doing ok with my anxiety the past month even though I had a few things happen. Suddenly, it’s flared up and I feel rubbish and uneasy. I’m not sure what to do to help me. I am not on medication and at the moment dont want to go down that avenue immediately. Is there anything you do which helps to ground you? Looking for some ideas to try

I’ve recently had a pretty bad flare up as well. I was really sceptical but someone the DARE app and book to me and while it’s not a magic cure, it has helped me a lot. I’m around 90% recovered.

Do nothing and accept the symptoms is what I learned durning my journey. Allow your body to feel what it’s going through and each day I got better. I did not want to hear this, but it’s what actually worked. Go to YouTube, I found a lot of great nuggets there.
