Birth debrief

I had an emergency c section in June this year and I requested a debrief cos I was traumatised. But I believe from what I’ve heard they do offer this to people who have had to have emergency c sections and for people who they thought did have a horrible times during birth .. they say it’s about a 40 min appointment although mine was literally 20 mins. It’s a good time to ask questions about why they did what they did etc.. what resulted in needing the surgery blah blah .. you may not feel like you need it but may be things you didn’t realised happened xxx

I requested a debrief and still haven't had one - little one is 9 months old now 😳 xxx
