Overwhelm

I am feeling a constant state of overwhelm and I’m not sure how to manage it. Everytime I complete a task I feel a little bit of relief until I start thinking of everything else that needs to be done. How do you balance it all?

I don't. I feel like I can't do everything that needs done too. So made a bare minimum list of what needs to happen every day. Keep baby happy and fed, dishes washed, trash out, living room tidy. If those last three things get done after baby is put down I have completed my day! If anything extra gets done it is a really good day! Groceries and other house chores can wait for hubby or the weekend. I still have a giant list of things that need to get done. Even so, I have learned to be at peace on the days that only the bare minimum happens because that is still a successful day!
