Honestly during my pregnancy I had so many food aversions I ate whatever I was fancying 😅 diets didn’t exist in pregnancy I mostly craved fruits and cooked dinners though I know 2 others that were the same! I personally wouldn’t worry about a “diet” as such unless it’s due to allergens. As you need to maintain all nutrition levels as baby takes more from you people say “eating for 2 is not real” I became anaemic from lack of iron in diet as at the start of the pregnancy I wasn’t eating enough and baby took most amount of vitamins and nutrition if that makes sense (baby daddy wasn’t nice hence why I wasn’t eating enough he only allowed 1 small meal a day 😅) 🫶 well balanced is what is recommended x
@Amy thank you so much! My dieting been so bad, I’ve made sure I’ve been taking my pregnancy tablets folic acid and stuff. I’ve completely cut as much caffeine as possible and only drink decaf lattes. I’ve been trying to eat a lot of fruit, my fav at the moment is pin-apple but apparently that’s not healthy for pregnancy, eating crisps lots of breaded stuff. I do panic as it’s my first pregnancy I have no idea wheee to start ! X
@Dominique thank you so much! I did try google a lot of things every-time I eat and it was also you can have it, google was gen telling me I wasn’t allowed anything I was wanting to eat x
@Naomi chloe I wouldnt stress too much lovely honestly! I eat what I want and just try to make sure I drink enough water. Pregnancy is hard enough as it is without denying yourself your fave foods too! 😂 xx
I wouldn’t stress too much lovely. You can always google the foods that aren’t recommended xx
