Mine told me to text whenever I needed to but before I was 12 weeks they always told me to ring early pregnancy unit in my local hospital if it was for symptoms x

Yeah you can text the midwife as long as its not something urgent :)

Yeah I text mine and she usually gets back to me pretty quickly in working hours
