Universal credit not paying childcare costs
Hey has anyone else had this issue? I always add my childcare costs to UC on the day I pay them so always reported on time they haven’t paid it . So I'm now left with an underpayment for of 2 months. I just don’t understand it I keep leaving journal messages . It’s seems like they’re not doing anything about it.

@Frayere yes everything they have asked for I uploaded
I thought they paid only 1 month at a time. Are they doing that?

Best to give them a call, have you been uploading the right documents too? It’s weird they’ve suddenly stopped though, and very stressful I can imagine!
