That's a good progress to me! There is big difference between 10dpo and 12dpo as it doubles every 2-3 days not everyday x

Yep that’s fine! It happens - hcg tends to double every 2-3 days. I had some tests which looked similar too to the previous day too. Hope that helps!:)
