Tomato

My son had similar when he first started trying foods. I stopped giving him fresh tomatoes for a while (still used tinned in sauces) and he was fine. He's had fresh since a been fine. I think I read at the time tomatoes are quite acidic and that's what causes the redness

It does look like it has come down so not sure if she was just warm 😩 but I’ll try tomato again in a few days and see if it happens again x

As someone who works in a Nursery, we see babies with red skin after tomatoes and ketchup alllll the time. As Lisa said, it’s quite acidic. Just best to keep trying and monitoring. Could also just be a coincidence like you say

It's just the acid from the skin, totally normal

My LG gets this with a lot of food. She loves to smear most foods over her face! She's almost 15m and still the same. I spoke with my Dr, and he said if it's a food reaction, it will be all over or at least more places than just the face.
