Lots of biscuits are 'accidentally vegan' so have no dairy, I.e bourbons, oaties, rich teas, jammie dodgers, party rings all from aldi are. Chocolate you can get dairy free but from bigger supermarkets. It is difficult at first but once you get into the swing of it it's easier
Yes, I was dairy free for my daughter too. It does get easier but the initial transition is really hard! You can have Chocolate Bourbons, oreos, dark chocolate. NOMO is a good dairy free chocolate brand. I've not had to be soya free so you'd have to double check that but on Facebook there's an amazing group called breastfeeding - CMPA support and they have a lot of knowledge between them!
Nomo, lazy days and sainsburys free from brownies are my go to, but think the brownies have soya in them. Violife has been the best cheese for me. Also oatcakes are often df.
Yes! I’m 3 weeks in so still figuring out alternatives. Annoyingly, a lot of dairy free options have soya in You can have jammy dodgers, M&S do some cookies in their plant collection which are okay. Chocolate I’ve moved onto dark choc - green and blacks or M&S. Most supermarkets do cakey type things in the free from aisle which are okay. I’ve noticed most things are raspberry flavoured. Also you can have cadburys hot choc (tub not sachets) with oat milk if you like that sort of thing.
