We don't use it regularly but I would under special circumstances if there's lots of noise, I quite like white noise myself and even sometimes use it for my dogs when they're barking at fox noises at night time 😂
We have to cos of all the noise around, thinm walls. Been great during fireworks (he don't like the sound).
Yep, have a travel one too. They both sleep like rocks with it.

We use it for our 1yo who shares a room with our 3yo so he gets it by default!
He asked us to turn it off about 8 months ago, but I’ve put it back on since having a baby so she doesn’t disturb him
