Normal behaviour??

Im a little worried about certain behaviours ect with my 13 month old girl weather its normal. She really fixated and attaches to certain things (toys for example) she will have the same thing in her hand for hours and hours. Another thing is with her toys, food anything really she will get an item put it back, take it again. An example, a pack of crisp she will take one out put it back in repeatedly. She has really bad meltdowns to the point she screams, throws herself back meaning shes constantly banging her head. She pulls some really bad faces like squinting type thing. But she is very clever.
