It could be thrush actually rather than a UTI - that’s common to get as a side effect from antibiotics! And the itchy symptom is a big indicator of that. Definitely get checked either way and get the right meds 👍
I’d advise to go to a pharmacy and get canestan. Defo sounds like thrush. I experienced this first hand and went via my gp and my gp was like you know you could have got this over the counter at the pharmacy.. bit embarrassing considering my midwife said to go to the gp 🙄. It all cleared 2 days after using the cream and pessary. X
Sounds more like thrush. Which is very common to get when you’re on antibiotics. I always grab some thrush cream when I get put on antibiotics for something. I use clotrimazole when I had thrush at 20weeks. Got rid of it in a day.
I had uti at 16 weeks took antibiotics all gone. But no itching. Just pain in bladder and frequent urination. U be fine xx

You need to get antibiotics from the doctors as soon as possible - either call 111 and get an out of hours referral or speak to triage as they may be able to test you and prescribe from there. UTI’s are suuuuper common in pregnancy especially towards the end but need dealing with
