Yes I’m feeling more pressure and pain in my pelvis too. Some days it’s fine and then other days it’s quite painful to walk around. I’m 24 weeks, been trying to sit on the pregnancy ball to help but lounging on the sofa is so much more comfy 😅🙈
My yoga ball helps.
I don't really have advice but I'm experiencing the same. I'm not sure if I've noticed any patterns relating to carrying my first, but I'm definitely feeling more pressure/pain this time. I know sometimes it happens right when I'm getting up from a sitting or lying down position.
