I believe is a unit per hour it takes for it to leave the bloodstream and therefore breastmilk.

You really don't need to wait at all. If you're safe to hold the baby, you're safe to feed the baby

Personal preference but very little alcohol makes its way into the milk

I wouldn’t wait, they’re so weak you will be absolutely fine - as another commenter said, if you can feed baby it means you’re safe to feed baby x

I've read very little alcohol makes it to the milk, especially since you are consuming so little. But I personally wait for it to be out of my blood, so one hour per unit of alcohol. My assumption is this would be one unit.

You have to be very very pissed for it to have any affect (the most common reaction is making baby sleepy if they consume alcohol). It's like chucking that glass of alcohol into a massive swimming pool. It's so diluted that it has no affect on baby

You’ll be fine x

The other moms in chat have definitely helped! But props to you it’s a great drink!
