How to not get triggered by evening or bedtime tantrums
The preschool teacher suggested that we work with my toddler on self-regulation. After the baby was born I’ve been easily triggered when I feel out of control, e.g. bedtime, mealtime. I feel I’m setting a bad example for them. Any suggestions?
Would like this info too. I’m in the same boat. I’m just reminding myself to be patient, give myself Grace and apologize when I need to.
