6 month sleep regression?

Hey guys, my LG is waking up every 1.5 hours during the night. I am absolutely shattered. She will wake up, breastfeed then sleep again within 20 minutes. I’m not sure what’s wrong, we’ve never had this problem before? The only thing I can think of is during the day she’s not finishing off her bottles, so potentially hungry? She’s previously had reflux and is no longer on medication for it, could this be triggering her? I feel really down and in fact, quite unwell from the lack of sleep. I have no motivation for anything. Is anyone going through something similar? Will this pass eventually… when?

Sometimes it can b comfort. Try not breast feeding and just resettling. You will soon see if she's actually hungry. Couple of tips I found from baby no 1... Babies sleep cycles last 1.5 hours they will wake between them. Give them a few mins to resettle as often they with self soothe back to sleep. It's actually really common to intervene too early. Also are they learning new skills? Sometimes it's sleep regression so routine and not feeding back to sleep can help. Are they still in your room or out of it? My little one started sleeping poorly and it turned out we were waking him. After moving to his own space it really helped Because babies wake between sleep cycles too they like things to be same same. I always used to try make a habit of making sure they fell asleep in their bed with the right lights and white noise machine on. I would try and make sure I was out of the room when they fell asleep too so they didn't expect me to be there if they woke

We have had this and felt like a lot of it was because she was going through a lot developmentally. Sitting, crawling, pulling up, solids, separation. A lot of it is probably comfort and I agree with Louise sometimes I’d go in and pat her and she’d go back. It’s tough and a cliche but it will pass!
