How do you put your little one down for nap/sleep when traveling?
With the holidays coming up, we are thinking of going away for a night or two, and I'm worried about how we are gonna put our son down for nap/sleep when we are at like a hotel or at my parents house.
Last time we did this, it was before he started sleeping independently, we brought his travel crib, but he ended up sleeping with us on the bed.
Now that he sleeps independently in his own room, I have no idea how we are gonna put him down for nap/sleep when we travel.

Mine also sleeps independently and won’t sleep if I’m in the room. I went to a birthday party recently and had no idea how to get him down. If I were at a hotel I’d have to put him down and literally go sit in the bathroom until he fell asleep or get him in the car and do a car nap 😭 maybe a walk w the stroller.
With hotels we always spend a little extra for get the suits so there is the bedroom and the sitting area are separated. at my parents my daughter sleeps in the pack and play in the guest room or basement
