Stuff for a shower - toiletries and a towel, maternity sanitary pads because you'll still have pp bleeding, high waisted knickers that avoid your cs wound, nursing bras and nighties and PJ's and a change of clothes to go home and a dressing gown or a hoodie in case you're cold. Get some arnica tablets and start taking them after your surgery for a few weeks, will really help your healing. Any questions just ask 😉
@Becky I haven't heard of Arnica, where do I get this and what brand ect x
These are the ones I used Weleda Arnica 30C Tablets, Organic Arnica Montana, Licensed Homeopathic Medicinal Product, Remedy for Men & Women, Grown Biodynamically, Vegetarian, 125 tabs https://amzn.eu/d/cq8Pl1H
- Long phone charger (the plugs are on the wall so it can be a stretch) - flip flops for the shower - comfortable pyjamas - disposable nappy pants for bleeding ( get a good size so it doesn’t rub on scar) - pillow and a good blanket for your partner - toiletries
Was boiling in the hospital when I had my c section so I took a little portable fan. The type the tentacle type things to wind it onto the side of the bed
An extra blanket and pillow if you can, for you, as the bedding is hospital is flimsy and rubbish. Ear plugs Extra long charging cable and battery Comfy clothes Big pants (don’t need special ones, just soft and size up). Tens machine Nighty that buttons up the front (two)
Snacks and drinks are a big thing because you end up spending a small fortune in the hospital whsmiths on them if you're kept in for a few days
