Is it normal for a mom to talk abt her son like this ?

My daughters grandmother did a live video on Facebook saying she’s thankful for her new granddaughter being born Safe and healthy. She said her son be busy but that god said be fruitful and multiply . She also asked me if she can post a pic and in one of the comments responding to someone she said that’s her papi chulos and there is more to come. My baby is his second.
