Narcissistic dad

My dad is a narcissist I never even knew what that was growing up I’m 25 now and I stopped seeing him when I was 10. I remember so vividly I’d ask if I was allowed to do something and he would say yes, and then straight after I had done it he would act like he never told me I could do it and make out like I was crazy. I used too be so confused and think I was insane. Anyone else experiencing/experienced this with there abuser?
