I would calculate him the ā hourly wageā as in = mat leave per day/24 hours, and tell him the job doesnāt pay that well so he can do it if heās so smartā¦ or offer him few pennies for looking after your LO for x hoursā¦ based in UK tho, not sure if relevant for you

You now charge for every load of laundry, every meal, and every time you clean up after him. Since heās paying you for childcare, he needs to be paying you for all household duties as wellš„°
