It’ll take awhile to adjust it’s normal sometimes for breastfed baby to go 3-4 days without a poo Unless they’re in clear discomfort trust their gut will move Providing you gave them something for their age group :)
My EBF little boy once went 2 weeks no poo. The doctor said he’s just absorbing everything & as long as he’s still weeing & eating normally it’s fine. I introduced more water & prune puree which made him eventually go :) x

This happened to my girl recently and she just turned 7 months. She went 2 days no poo and I was freaking out as she is breastfed only and ALWAYS does 2 maybe 3 poos a day. I bought one of the purées from Sainsburys with prunes and apple and gave it to her and she did such a massive one next day (roughly 12hrs later) xx
