Cranky/Crying

It’s. All. Day. Long. She just wants me right there next to her 100% of the day. She was NOT like this as a baby. She’s also just so mad? Throwing her binky when angry, throwing her bottle, shoving everything out of her way. Like I’m kind of scared of her 😭😭😭 Any other child hitting their teenage years early? She’s crying in my lap right now bc I’m typing this and not focusing on her. 😭

I am dealing with somewhat of the same thing right now! I’m with you 😵‍💫😭

Did she get her shots in the past month?

Is she teething?

I've been going through the same thing and have just been writing it off as teething

My daughter is 13 months and when things don’t go her way she does the same thing. I’m still trying to figure out how best to handle it but I’m sure for her it’s just a tantrum to get what she wants. Babies are smart…they know if they fuss, they will get what they want. The louder, more violent, the faster. I’m learning not to show much of a reaction but I’m not a professional 😅

my son is has become very emotional with lots of tantrums. I am assuming it’s just him trying to figure out new emotions and this is what toddler life is like. He’s been super attached to me since 6 months old. I usually try to just explain to him he needs to have patience and try relaxing breaths with him and then just start playing with him which usually distracts him and he forgets whatever he was upset about

Yep, that’s my little girl as well. I’ve read at this age they’re experiencing more feelings and that’s a big cause for behaviors like this. I work on acknowledging her feelings and will try to redirect her to something positive, and it’s been helping. I’m not sure what to do about being extra needy. My little girl is exactly the same. I have to be engaging with her at all times or she’s upset. It can get exhausting 🥴
