My baby is pissing me off and I feel guilty about it 🥺

So it's half 1 and my baby has had 3 bottles, been bathed, changed, cuddles, rocked, the lot. All I want is a coffee, I'm yet to have anything to eat or drink but she cries everytime I put her down or If she does settle, every time my arse hits the sofa. She starts crying. To top it off my dog won't leave me the fuck alone, as soon as the baby's down the dog wants to sit on me, follow me around the house and just get under my feet. I've had enough today. I know it's not the baby's fault or the dogs for that matter but I just want them both to leave me alone, for 15 minutes! Just so I can have a coffee.

I get it. My dog is experiencing first child syndrome and is regressing in training. I also have a cat who is also having the same experience but is more focused on clutter I. The house. My baby is like this some days. You will feel better after you eat… I use a baby wrap and just drink and eat. Before I had the wrap though I would make my food and the baby would cry … the best way to be the best mom is to take care of your basic needs.

I got 4 kids so 3 toddlers and I have a almost 1 month old and all need something 24/7 and i hardly get sit for a short period of time im constantly cleaning and then I'm breastfeeding both my 1 year old and my almost 1 month old and pumping im exhausted my husband is out of town working im doing it all by myself

I feel your pain. I have no suggestions just sending a hug your way 🥰

We all have one of those days. Hang on there. ❤️

Have you tried wearing baby in a wrap or carrier? Or to be honest, if you're sure their needs are met there's no harm in putting them down and letting them cry for a few minutes while you make a drink and get some food. I have continued taking my dog to daycare one day a week during my mat leave to give me a break too! I love her but some days I'm done with her barking at delivery men or whining for food or because her walk is a bit late!

Relatable

I second wearing a baby carrier. My daughter has been teething and just climbs and claws at my legs if I put her down for 2 seconds. For some reason the baby carrier is less overstimulating for me because I have my hands free idk

Totally get it you need to reset and have some you time. My baby and dog are alot too 🤣 it'll get better 💗
