Do your kids have unhealthy stuff as well as good stuff?

We’ve been away for the last week and I swear all he’s ate is pizza, chicken nuggets and chips. (Was all inclusive) Pizza and chips were fried but it’s ALL he would eat and now I feel bad I allowed him to eat that much bad stuff😔

Nuggets and chips were fried* not pizza lol

Yeah, it’s a mix. It’s not usually like takeaways and stuff for me but we’ve been out a lot more this week so it’s been more about convenience, but still trying to keep the balance. It’s all good, you’re on holiday! Don’t stress it.

Everything in moderation! Some 'unhealthy' foods home cooked though, as chips aren't that bad for you😅 Home made pizza is a good option too, as you know what's going in it. As long its home cooked, its not that 'unhealthy'. I was a lot more strict with my firstborn, since having my second she's just had to 'fit in'. So, there's a lot more of a balance. Also, the nursery where she goes offers her food like swiss rolls & chocolate cake etc... for desserts. So, she's eating a lot more sugary things than what I'd like to be fair.

Mine loves an Indians, Chinese, chip shop & kebab take away! I’m always cooking both kids things out the freezer for dinner. Last night they had fishfingers, potato waffles & spaghetti hoops. I honestly don’t care. FED IS BEST! as long as they have a hot meal on the table at the end of the day I don’t worry

All in moderation I say! X

Mostly healthy

Thank you everyone so much makes me feel so much better!! Xx
