C-Section waiting list

I don’t think there is a wait list per say. I had a planned c section and wasn’t given a date until a week before the surgery so don’t stress about it. But don’t go ahead with the induction if that’s not what you want

They tend to book you for a c section for when you are 39 weeks.

I had my c section booked literally for the following week. 39 weeks bang on x I had two C-sections. First one was emergency due to FAILED induction as they call it and the 2nd was planned. Which was a lovely experience!! Everything was all calm and went very smooth 😍 good luck ❤️

I had my planned c section at 37 weeks Be cuz my first pregnancy was an emergency c section and my pregnancies were too close together the doctor didn’t want to take a chance. It just varies person to person when they do it

I was booked for 39 weeks at my 38 week appointment

I know with the hospital I’m at it’s not a wait list it just gets done at 39 weeks they do them the Tuesday and Fridays and the Friday prior to your 39 weeks they will let you know which day for you to come in I guess they have a list of who is due that week and decide that way. I had a complicated emergency c section in January and due to have elected this coming January because I got pregnant so quick 😅 and it’s still the same for me.

I had a emergency section after my induction failed

I had my planned C section at 40+4.I didn’t want to have an induction.Although midwives tried to convince me to get induced I stuck to my plan and was scheduled for c section .
