My baby is 13 months and he did not say any word mama or dada
mine only says uh-oh
Its ok my 13 month old only says dada papa no mama yet we speak in full sentences and read to him as well as have him watch ms.rachel i dont think hes ready
Babies will develop at their own rate, my babygirl is 13mo and she is a little shy around other people, but talks up a storm when we're playing lol you still can't understand a word she's saying tho 😂😂 kids will make you look like a liar every chance they get lol if you tell someone your kid is quiet, they're yell and fuss just to prove you wrong and if you say they're playfully and chatty, they'll sit and be quiet 😂😂
Same here I honestly feel shitty at times too but then knowing how well I do with him I just try to think about how every kid is different! And moves at their own time walking , talking , teeth all of it your doing great mama 💕
My son just started pointing and saying uh oh about a month now. He mainly says dada and will say mama if he really wants my attention. Other than that he babbles at home but out in public people are lucky if he smiles lol
That’s where my daughter’s at. My daughter is 13 months. She can say mama, dada, baba. What kind of sounds like puppy when she is talking about the dog. She has repeated “okay” when I said it over and over again when I was frustrated. She only talks at home. When we are out at the grocery store she is either upset or she is focused on people watching. Taking everything in.
@Niyah frr bc my kid cant talk yet but hes been walking before most yall kids😽😽😽
Mine growls? And I think he says stop lmao. He understands everything, he's just quiet in the word department. My husband has always told me he himself didn't talk for a very long time. I'm hoping that's all it is, haha.
That's normal some babies are shy
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that, especially if he’s talking at home! They’re in a developmental leap right now and one of the signs is being shy around people so I think it’s fine!
