Is it possible to have gotten pregnant by having sperm staying in right before giving birth. Feeling strangely nauseous and vomitting. If not how long after u have the baby do you still get a positive pregnancy test?

No, and not sure how long but it’s def not right away
In rare cases it is possible but I think it’s just your body adjusting to the changes it’s about to go through I felt the same way
Yes you can get pregnant while pregnant it has happened before, weird stuff happens all the time that we think are impossible
I’m not sure 😅😅😭😭😭😂. But It’s common to be nauseous postpartum
