Glass of prune juice every morning, or adding 1 teaspoon of chia seeds to some lemon water and drinking that every morning. Both have helped me massively! Oh and also drinking kefir. All are good sources of extra fibre

Laxido and Movicol are pretty good ones, helped me a lot after birth with my first and will be using one of those this time around too ☺️ the taste is very not great 😅🫠 but they really do help
