@Lauren weetabix is a good one thanks! Bit nervous to give toast and pancakes and anything more solid with no teeth x
My little one only has his 2 bottom front ones coming through so basically no teeth and he manages fine
My first didn't have any teeth until she was 15months old so I wouldn't wait on that 🤣
My LO had no teeth and loves gumming on pancakes and toast. She was born on 27th April x
Weetabix oatibitx porridge banana apples carrots, I bought cow and gate pouches of porridge it lasts a long while and you just mix with milk. My pouch is still going since we've started weaning.
@Rachel no teeth makes me very nervous about choking!!
I'd buy a cheap hand blender. You can get them for about £6. I steam or boil up veg or fruit at the moment and then blend till lumpy or smooth. Mine doesn't like whole foods yet. She just picks them up shakes her head and throws them or tries to eat something I know she loves pureed and screws her face up and shakes her head. So I'm building up the texture profile for her with blending bits and bobs. You can get an Ella kitchen recipe book for free via a boots reward card currently if there are any in a store near you which has some recipes in and ideas
@Helen how can you get the Ella's recipe book please? I tried downloading the boots app and registering for an advantage card but it keeps crashing.
We give toast, weetabix, porridge, pancakes and eggy breads for breakfast and whatever we have for dinner cut up x
