I have had five successful VBAC’s! They all went quickly and smoothly each time!
I wanted to give myself the best possible chance of a successful VBAC. I waited 18 months after my c section to get pregnant again. I exercised during pregnancy and eat really well. I gained 25 lbs. I did alot of pregnancy yoga to get the baby in the best position, perineum stretches, downloaded relaxation music for the birth, took a birth class to learn all the positions to help baby move down during labor. And I had a healthy VBAC. It was beautiful. I had a bounce ball, wireless monitoring so I was able to walk around my room. I had fake candles and lavender. It was beautiful 😍

Hey Maya! I know it isn’t exact what you asked for- so ignore me if not what you want to hear! I had planned for a vbac after an every traumatic first c-section (emergency) but unfortunately my wee man was breach and showed noooo signs of moving. I planned a section at 28 weeks as a back up, to allow myself to mentally prepare if that’s the route I needed to take (it was in the end!!)🤐 I beat myself up massively after my first section and really didn’t want a second one. But my second section was a total dream. I had a playlist with my own music, skin to skin, the funniest theatre staff who kept everything light hearted. And most importantly a healthy baby and mummy at the end 🩵🙌🏼 A positive vbac is 10000% possible!!! But don’t worry yourself if you end up with another section. As long as you are happy, healthy and aware of your choices (and a healthy little baby too🩵🩷) that’s all that matters. Sending you big hugs 🙌🏼🥰
