Congratulations! Just wanted to ask was this an abdominal scan or vaginal? I have a scan booked later in the week and was worried if it was too early for abdominal x

This was a vaginal scan as I was just below 8 weeks going by lmp but there not to bad just a little uncomfortable xx

I had an abdominal scan at 6 weeks and was able to see the sac and yolk @Leah

How accurate are these early scans... my last period makes me 6 weeks plus but scan said measurements were 5 weeks plus

I mean there pretty accurate but the best time for a scan is between 12-14 weeks for due dates.. you could of ovulated later than you thought I only had an early scan to make sure baby was in right place and to make sure there’s is heartbeat x
