Hey mama. No advice here as I’m a first time mom with a 3 month old. But I just wanna say you’re doing great. 💖 My little guy does 4-7 hour stretch of sleep first and then it progressively gets shorter throughout the night. Then I will do a small feed/burp/back to bed in 20 minutes, then he’ll have another 2-3 hour stretch, small feed, and then 1-2 hour stretch of sleep.

I've also got a 3 month old who's EBF, and we had a change in her sleep about 2 weeks ago now! She was sleeping 4 hours stretches, napping fine during the day. Then, all of a sudden, woke up every hour and fighting her days naps. During this time because I was so tired I was feeding her to sleep. I've stopped doing it now and feed her in a completely different space then take her to bed. The past 2 nights she's slept 5 hour stretches and her naps have been good. I do know, however, the first half of the night is great and the 2nd half of the night is very light sleep, which I think is normal. We also started to set more of a routine with her the last few5t know if that has something to do with it.

Since mine has been a newborn, she sleeps 4 hours, then we’re usually up for 1-2 hours feeding and changing diaper and getting her back to sleep, and then she’ll sleep for like two hours 😕. She’s EBF. And she’ll only take maybe one 1 hr nap in the day 🙃. Idk how to fix this

It's normal. As exhausted as you feel. You're doing great! Sleep every opportunity you can right now. Only do the required chores. This is a developmental leap and will last 2 weeks. Call in hired help if needed ✨️

@Amanda ugh I have two so it’s hard. And unfortunately it has been this way for about a month now. My son never did this it’s so hard to juggle right now😭

@Hailee literally the exact SAME. I think it might be EBF babies because my son did not do this and he was breastfed till 3 months but mostly bottle fed and at 3 months I supplemented formula until 5 months and he always slept really well. It’s been hard to commit to EBF when she sleeps like this but my supply is so much better this time around cause she exclusively feeds off the boob.

@Destiny Then it's probably almost over. It gets easier
