What do u do when bubba doesnt eat dinner & chucks most of it on the floor?!

She's hardly eaten tonight do u make another meal? She's 1 tomorrow so just 2 bottles a day of cows milk with brekki/lunch & dinner My anxiety tying to monitor whats actually gone in,whats in her bid and whats on the floor. I make a double portion as i know she'll launch half if it. Tonight i done turkey with mash & peas all she ate was the peas. I done pudding melon & strawberry she spat it all out. Lunch was at 12pm and dinner at 6pm so she should of been plenty hungry All she had was a little pack of raisins.

Hi my little one is exactly the same at the moment all he will eat is breakfast, and then really fussy woth lunch and dinner bit he will happily eat all the fruit and yogurt I give him!! He's been really poorly this month so I let him eat ehat he wanted or fancied as he was unwell bit think it's hiting me in the arse now!! No advice I'm afraid just know your not alone x

We have phases of this when she’s teething or poorly we assume. We don’t give her anything else as it’s been offered and she doesn’t seem hungry. I think just some days they have more appetite than others. Just trust she’s had what she needs x

I find the more I put in front of my kids the less they eat. So I start off with the smallest amount in their plate and just keep topping it up. Also reduces it being thrown as they don't have as much go throw. At 1 you wanna be aiming for 3 meals and 2 snacks plus their drinks. But babies & children will eat what they want they won't force themselves to eat if they don't want it and sometimes they just don't want much. They soon let you know if they are hungry too. We do 8am breakfast 10am snack 12:30 lunch 3pm snack 5:45pm dinner & desert 7:30pm my toddler goes to bed and the baby demands she gets a snack before going to bed at 8:30 She's breastfeeding still so fed on demand and has her water available throughout the day

We are lucky to get 3 spoonfuls into our baby at any meal time, she is just not interested 🤦🏼‍♀️ she was never really fussed with milk either. She does love a banana and yoghurt but anything else is a struggle!

Mine turned one on Sunday and since last week has been having hardly any solids! From being interested in everything we're having. She's not keen on any of her usual favourites. Will just eat some of her rice snacks and breastfeed

I read somewhere that for babies at this age look at their overall calories per week as there will be days they don't eat much compared to other days. So long as they are having something it should be okay (permitted not losing weight).they're going through so much at this age so it is expected.
