Wow šŸ˜³

My 3 year old has been going through phases of being REALLY difficult. Heā€™s going through one at the moment and itā€™s just horrendous. -Major tantrums! -Not listening to a word we say -Doing odd / out of character things -Very difficult at bedtime, stalling sooo much -Taking his brotherā€™s dummies even though he gave his up perfectly fine even after his brother was born! - being fussy with food! -hitting, kicking, biting, throwing toys at the wall when heā€™s having a tantrum! - saying he wants to ā€˜break my bonesā€™ šŸ˜Ÿ no idea where heā€™s getting all this from! But Iā€™ve also noticed heā€™s regressed in his speech too, more stuttering and getting his words all mixed up. I donā€™t know if this is a cause for concern? Or if itā€™s a developmental thing? šŸ˜© Please tell me Iā€™m not alone in this?

I know how you feel! My big boys behaviour has been horrendous since his little brother was born. All the same things that youā€™ve said above. Heā€™s always has a speech delay tho so I canā€™t comment on the regressed speech as weā€™ve always struggled to understand what heā€™s saying anyway šŸ™ˆ Iā€™m not sure if thatā€™s linked to increased tantrums? But weā€™ve definitely seen the increase in tantrums and difficulties at bedtime since his little bro arrived. Iā€™m just waiting it out tbh šŸ„² He definitely behaves better when weā€™ve been out the house doing things all day so he doesnā€™t get bored and just trying to spend as much one on one time with him as possible. The days where Iā€™m not as present or struggling mentally myself I really notice a dip in his behaviour. Hang in their mumma! Weā€™ve got this šŸ’ŖšŸ»
