Has your diet changed? Getting enough fluids? Try not to stress too much, it'll effect your supply further. I was ready to stop a few weeks ago due to my supply dropping and hating pumping in general but found once I'd accepted that and was less focused on my supply and keeping to my schedule my supply increased again. Also, make sure you're fully draining your breasts and hand expressing after pumping. Might take up a bit more of your day but after a few days it'll hopefully tell your body you need a bit more 🤞🏼
