Help, stressed and worried.

My little girl past little while would be saying things like can't do it, can't like it (don't like things) and slightly fussy. She was pretty ill last week and since she has got better she's very very emotional, she's not the same little fun happy playful girl. She's 95% the time saying stop it, don't like it, won't get nappy changed or eat. She just cries or gets upset most the time. She doesn't know what she wants or what to do. Nothing you do or say is right. She's constantly frustrated and I'm really struggling mentally with it and concerned as don't like seeing her like this.

Could just be a phase? Maybe she still isn’t feeling 100%? Maybe a leap developmentally. I wouldn’t worry too much as it’ll make you over analyse and worry more! They’re starting to experience more advanced range of emotions now so it is most likely that! X

Deffo a phase, me to my daughter, shall we get dressed for school? NO 😂it’s her favourite word for everything

@Yasmine yeah it's just constant negative emotions. Only getting glimpses of her happy emotions. I know most likely just a phase but it's draining mentally but it's really hard to see her so upset about everything and anything including things she normally loves. X

It sounds like a phase. We’re going through a stage of crying when getting dressed/undressed, nappy changes, saying no to a bath, teeth brushing, coat on. Mine has been severely poorly and is teething too so is just uncomfortable at times.
