What to dress toddler in

We are going to the zoo on Friday where it's going to be dry by only 3c, I'm at a loss as what to dress her in, I've bought fleece lined leggings, thinking these a vest, t-shirt and jumper and then her coat hat scarf clothes. We do have a lined puddle suit but I just think they are awkward for toilet breaks and end up getting cold
