From 36 weeks - 6 dates a day support ripening the cervix and some research shows it helps with natural waters rupture (I make a banana, soy milk, spinach and date smoothie) Colostrum harvesting Raspberry tea (can start with one cup from 34 weeks to 3 once you're 37 weeks) You can also do perineal massage from 34 weeks which doesn't encourage labour, but can help minimise tearing.
Oooo and I use clary sage just before 40 weeks. I'm not sure if that's actually recommended, though 👀
