Ours are mash potatoes and gravy, scrambled eggs, I made stir fry but didn’t give the meat part unless you grind it up for him. I did white rice but not all babies like it, peaches, pears, you can try kiwi, avocados but try in little pieces. Mashed up bananas, can try whole milk yogurt the organic one made with whole milk, apple sauce, apple sauce on the go was a hit with mine. I did pancakes with very little butter cut up, cheerios, muffins like banana or blue berry muffins but cut up, pasta mine loved pasta like spaghetti cut up small, spaghettios, ravioli cut up, lasagna cut up small, pretty much anything but no popcorn no hard meat, no grapes and no hot dogs. Babies can choke and they block their airway. Hope this helps.

Anything you eat minus the salt. And no honey until 1 years old.You can give food with cows milk just not as a drink until 1 years old.... Don't over think it

Thank you! These are wonderful ideas ❤️

If you sign up to Ella‘sKitchen on their website they’ll send you a poster of foods to try with your baby etc. they’ll even give you a few coupons. Sorry, that’s all i can remember x

But i have no idea if that’s just a uk think though.

Follow solid starts on instagram! It’s a team of experts including pediatricians, feeding specialists, developmental and occupational therapists that have guides on baby led weaning. I mostly started off with big pieces of fruits and vegetables but something that really helped my son learn to chew and eat well was large pieces of toast or resistive bread. I downloaded the solid starts app and if I was ever unsure whether I could give something to my son / how to serve it I just looked it up on there! They also have amazing guides for introducing allergens.

I introduced one thing at a time. Banana was the first thing. https://solidstarts.com/foods/ The link above is a great place to start.
