Breastfeeding 101 for a lost beginner

Hello, please help! I read or heard different things about breast and bottle feeding that are often contradicting. I want to breastfeed when baby comes, but I also would like the dad to give an occasional bottle a few times a week, allowing me some personal time. How should I go about it, and is it true that baby might not want the boob after trying the bottle or the other way around? Some people say you should start introducing bottles within the first 4 weeks. Some say do not introduce until breastfeeding has been established, at least 6 weeks.

I have breadth fed both mine, currently feeding my 4month old. I waited at least 6 weeks or until breastfeeding was established before trying a bottle (which was a lot longer with my current baby as she had tongue and we had a struggle to establish a good latch for a while). However neither of mine would/will take a bottle!!!! Tried many brands and methods and people with no luck. But personally wouldn't have changed a thing. Yes there were an odd time that I felt very trapped as no one else could feed them but in my opinion it was so worth it x
