Solo Parenting?
Dad wakes up, and gets ready for work while I prepare bfast for baby. When he comes down, he says goodbye and leaves for work. Comes home after baby is asleep for the night. Is this solo parenting?

Sounds tough. It sounds like you're doing the majority on you're own
Does he help with anything when he is off? Give you a break on his days off? Do anything with the baby on his day off? I feel like if the answer is no that’s solo parenting
