Struggling with a fussy eater

My daughter has become so so fussy! only wants plain foods, I can barely get her to eat any vegetables. She’ll have broccoli, maybe peas but won’t touch anything else. She doesn’t like hard carrots / peppers or any salad (she used to) she likes chicken, she won’t have porridge or eggs for breakfast anymore, only toast, just feel like she doesn’t get any good nutrients. 😵‍💫 she mostly wants a picky lunch, a sandwich, cheese fruit, (she loves all fruit) and quavers or something. it’s awkward at the moment because we’re living with my parents and brother and there’s no routine at all for anything let alone meal times. I barely cook here it’s to stressful with everyone else about. Hoping it’ll change if we’re lucky to get the rest of our house deposit by the end of the year. She LOVES fruit and eats a lot but I’d rather her love vegetables 😂 anyone else’s 3 year old gone fussy? I’m at my whits end 💀

Sounds to me, that whilst not varied, her diet is balanced so all good! Obvs good to keep occasionally trying new things but I would just put it on her plate with things you know she likes and don’t make a big deal of it!

In same boat. Since my lb turnt 2 he hasn’t touch vegetables. He’ll eat fruit. He just turnt 3 so been a full year with hardly any veg (he’ll on occasion eat sweetcorn in a sandwich) doctor told me as long as he’s not loosing weight & Is eating fruit & having multivitamins he’ll be fine just to keep trying to get him to eat his veggies. ( we do try to add it to most meals but it’s always thrown away).

Thanks both! Feel better after them replies. She does have vitamins as well and on occasions will let me make her a smoothie bowl on which I hide veggies in lol. But she’s gone off that now! Typical
