Going back to work

Hi all! How do you feel about going back to work - if you are going soon? And how did you feel before returning- if you have already returned? I just feel so bad thinking that my little one will spend 7:30-5pm at a nursery when he is 11 months old. My school refused my flexible working request for 3 or 4 days so the only option is going back full time. I want to go back to work but not full time, I also like my school and role and I know it will be hard to find something similar if I want to return after some years.. What's your experience? I am so stressed at the moment..
