Ovarian cyst

So I didn’t have a period for almost a year (first time it’s ever been that long). Trying to figure out what was causing it (PCOS) we discovered I have a cyst on my left ovary that is 7.5cm. I had one before, it was only 3cm. I had another ultrasound 6 months later and it was gone so no worry. I had an ultrasound on friday and the ultrasound tech told me it’s still there and looks a little bigger compared to the last scan 6 months ago. I’ve been trying to get in touch with my doctors office but I keep getting an automated message saying they won’t be back until tuesday november 19, which as you know was yesterday. I’m just wondering if anyone else had this experience (with the cyst not the doctors office lol). Did you have to have it removed? I was told they don’t look at removing unless it’s 6cm and mine is 7.5cm. Did anyone have one that size removed or did they just leave it? I’ll happily take the removal of it means I get a break and bed rest lol
