Since the beginning of the second trimester 😭😭
Yuuup, I’m 37 weeks now, been worse the last couple weeks and I don’t even think she has dropped yet. I have soreness on the left side of my vaginal wall, I get sharp pains around my cervix or low uterus, I’m sososo over it 😅
Yes! 36 weeks now, midwife told me to start stretching regularly and get a exercise ball also to help loosen up my hips
Yesss bur only when iv sat in a weird position or was laying down with out a pillow between my legs
Yes 😭 Exercising with the ball has helped. Put the ball between your legs and squeeze your legs together. It brought me so much relief I’ve been doing it every night.
Thank you!
@Jammicia what stretches in particular?
Yes!😩 I’ve been seeing a prenatal chiro & pelvic floor pt, which has made a huge difference. No longer in pain. Highly recommend, especially leading up to L&D!
I have a pain in my left labia, like it’s being pinched. You can actually visually see it. It’s pretty wild. I’ve expressed concern to my OB and he’s never examined it. It’s been going on since the beginning of my second trimester and has never really let up 😩 I feel like I can’t really complain too much though because other than this strange pain, I’ve had an easy breezy pregnancy.
Yes off and on
My perineum is so painful, it hurts to stretch, roll over in bed, or even just stand up sometimes. Having a really hard time getting a straight forward answer on what I can/should do about it or even if it’s normal or dysfunction. I’m only 35w so holding out for another month is feeling really daunting 😞
Yes, but not constant. I’ll typically put an ice pack on the location until the baby moves.
