I couldn’t find any that had a salt content I was happy with for my little one so we just don’t give him sausages yet
I sliced a regular sausage link in half long-wise and just gave her that to eat like a stick. I felt like the salt was ok in small doses and that was all the salt she had in a day (and sausage was not a daily thing)
I tend to opt for the highest meat content balanced with the lowest salt content. Tesco own finest chipolatas are 90% pork and 0.66g of salt for 2, compared to the heck ones which are 97% pork but 2g of salt for 2 whole normal sized sausages. But it’s all part of a balanced diet - unless they’re having them everyday or in large quantities then I’m sure a taste of whatever you usually buy is fine :)
