Sleep

Recently my 9 week old has been fussing/crying when put into her next to me. I usually feed her and soothe her and once asleep, I put her down and within 10 minutes she wakes up. I put her on me on her front and she pretty much goes straight to sleep. I have tried to leave her to fuss/cry a little, to see if she will self soothe herself, but doesn’t. I am struggling on little sleep and just looking for some advice. We have a routine and go to bed the same time every night, so don’t know what else to do.

What does she wear for bed? My LG would do this exact thing and it stopped when I put her in a sleep bag because she was maintaining the warmth xx

@Dannii she wears a 2.5 tog sleeping bag, bedroom is around 18/19 degrees

Wow, I could have written this exact post!

Is it possible that she still finds the next to me too big? My LG is 12 weeks and has only just started settling in hers now. We had to put her Moses basket inside of it initially! x

@Dannii she’s a very long baby, nearly outgrowing the next to me to be honest. She was fine and always slept so well from day 1. Only started this week, where she wouldn’t go down in it!
